By placing an order with The Creative Sweets, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payments
All cakes are made to order.
Full payment is required to confirm your order and secure your date.
Once an order is confirmed, changes may not always be possible, especially close to the collection date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
Collection
All orders are collection only.
Collection takes place in Woolwich, London (SE18 6JA) at an agreed time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the cake at the arranged time. Once collected, responsibility for the cake passes to the customer.
Cancellations & Refunds

At The Creative Sweets, all cakes are made to order and prepared especially for you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 7 days before the agreed collection date for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before collection, or once cake preparation has started, are non-refundable, as ingredients and time will have already been allocated to your order.
Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate small changes where feasible.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare or exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles all major allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soy.
While we take great care to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
Please inform us of any allergies before placing your order.
Design & Customisation
Every cake is handmade, so slight variations in colour, decoration or finish may occur.
Any inspiration images are for reference only and final designs may vary slightly.
Storage & Care
Cakes should be stored in the fridge and according to the care instructions provided.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, transport or handling after collection.
