Hello! I’m Consuelo, a pastry chef and cake designer with a strong passion for creativity.

After many years working in graphic design, I realised that creativity didn’t stop at screens and paper — it naturally found its way into the kitchen. What started as a passion became The Creative Sweets, a place where design, flavour and craftsmanship come together.

 

Today, The Creative Sweets is also a shared journey. Alongside me works my partner, whose expertise lies in traditional baking — from handcrafted croissants to focaccia and naturally leavened savoury bakes. Together, we bring both sweet and savoury creations to life, all made with the same care and attention to quality.

 

I approach baking the same way I approach design: with intention, balance and attention to detail. Every cake begins as a creative project, carefully designed and then brought to life through flavour, texture and aesthetics.

 

We’re a little health-conscious and believe that great bakes don’t need excessive sugar or unnecessary ingredients. Sweetness and flavour are carefully balanced, using only what’s needed to create something truly delicious — never overpowering, always refined.

 

We believe in honest baking. We use high-quality ingredients, no pre-made mixes, no artificial additives and no shortcuts. Everything is made from scratch and freshly prepared, to guarantee freshness, authenticity and flavour.

 

From bespoke cakes and delicate pastries to artisanal breads and savoury bakes, each creation is crafted to reflect care, creativity and craftsmanship. Because great baking should feel personal, balanced and beautifully made.
